• Most firms will schedule you into their day, at their office, and on their terms. At Tay-Law, our attorneys will meet you at a time and a place that is convenient for you. Instead of setting our office into your GPS, or leaving work early to meet with us, let us come to you. We can meet at a time that is convenient for you: before work, after work, and even on the weekends.

• A common complaint of clients dealing with attorneys has to do with a lack of communication. We recognize and hate this problem as much you do, so we have made client communication a staple of our service. We strive to keep every client updated on the happenings of his or her case with a bi-weekly email.  Every two weeks, you’ll receive an update, helping you understand the progression and timeframe of your case.

• Lawyers can be very expensive. Many of us don't have the extra money to spend on an attorney, especially during hard financial times. We recognize this and have implemented a sliding fee scale to help ensure that quality representation is open to anyone who needs it. If you, as an individual, make less than $45,000 a year and can provide proof of income, we'll apply a sliding fee scale to our normal prices, based on your income. • We understand that being involved in a lawsuit is a huge life event. We also realize you’ll want to be able to review any documents, letters, or agreements that may be produced for your case. After becoming a client, you’ll be given access to all of your documents through a safe and secure web portal, allowing you the ability to easily review them.
